1. Introduction
24jobs attaches great importance to the careful and secure handling of privacy-sensitive information of website visitors, candidates, workers and business relations. In this privacy statement we explain how we handle personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Dutch version is leading.
2. Who we are
24 Jobs B.V., Hoofdstraat 66, 7921 AN Zuidwolde, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86492349. 24jobs is the controller within the meaning of the GDPR: we determine the purpose and means of the processing.
Sometimes we engage other companies to perform services for us. We remain responsible for the processing and make contractual agreements with these companies, so your privacy stays protected.
3. This website
When you visit our website, technical data needed to display and secure the website is processed, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the time of your visit. We only use this data to manage and secure the website.
To see how our website is used, we keep visitor statistics with Umami. Umami does not place cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not keep your IP address. We only see overviews, such as which pages are visited, which website you came from, the type of device and browser, and your approximate country and region. Umami does not run at an advertising or tech company, but on a server in Germany that our website administrator manages for us. Our website does not place tracking or advertising cookies, and fonts are loaded from our own server. If this changes, we will update this statement and ask for your consent first where required.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that contact runs through WhatsApp (Meta). The WhatsApp privacy policy also applies to that processing.
4. Forms on the website
If you fill in a form (contact, registration or application), we use the data you enter, and your CV if you add one, to contact you and help you find work or staff. We do not use this data for other purposes without your consent.
Your submission reaches us by email, through our email service Resend, and is not stored on the website. To protect the forms against spam and abuse, our hosting provider Vercel (BotID) checks technical characteristics of your browser and connection when you send a form. This check serves security only.
5. When we may process your data
We only process personal data if there is a legal basis for it:
- You have given us consent for one or more specific purposes.
- The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- The processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation of 24jobs.
- The processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
- The processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of 24jobs or a third party, except where your interests or fundamental rights override them.
6. Why we process your data

This only happens when necessary for the purposes in this statement. If data is transferred outside the Netherlands, we ensure appropriate protection.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive your data in a common format or have it transferred. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that has already taken place.
