BSN and health insurance: how to arrange it in the Netherlands

Back to the blog

If you work in the Netherlands, you need a BSN and health insurance. This is how you arrange them, and how we help.

If you work in the Netherlands, you need a BSN (citizen service number). You get it when you register with the municipality or at an RNI desk.

Health insurance is mandatory in the Netherlands as soon as you work here. You take it out with an insurer of your choice.

We help you with the appointment for your BSN and with your health insurance, and explain what the papers mean.
